The coroner’s office has identified the driver killed in a rollover crash on Highway 246 near Buellton last week as Ruben Martinez-Casillas, 58, of Lompoc.
The crash happened around 7:20 p.m. on Jan. 14 just west of Domingos Road in the eastbound lanes.
According to the California Highway Patrol, only one vehicle was involved.
It reportedly crashed before rolling onto its side, ejecting Martinez-Casillas.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
