Emergency crews working to recover a vehicle 100 ft down an embankment near Buellton

UPDATE (9:15 P.M.) - CHP says no injuries were reported. The scene has been cleared.

ORIGINAL STORY (8:25 P.M.) - The California Highway Patrol has confirmed that a vehicle has reportedly spun out on to the right side of the highway and slid off the roadway on us hwy 101, southbound at old coast highway in Buellton. The vehicle went over an embankment and is reportedly all of the way down the ravine, approximately 100 feet. It is not known if there are casualties.

Emergency crews are responding. The second lane of the southbound is closed while crews recover the vehicle. More details are still forthcoming...
