(9:07 a.m.) - Firefighters extinguished a fire in Lompoc on Thursday morning.
The single story residence on the 600 block of N. Second Street is a total loss, according to Lompoc Fire Chief Gerald Kuras.
Several agencies responded to the fire at around 8:15 a.m.
Two people are displaced from the fire, Kuras said. The occupants suffered cuts. No firefighters were injured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
