Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire at the Greka crude oil processing facility on Sinton Rd. in Santa Maria on Monday morning.
Just after 9 a.m., crews arrived to find a boiler on fire. The building was evacuated and no one was hurt.
Fire officials say the flames did not spread beyond the boiler.
An oil and gas investigator was called to investigate the cause of the fire.
