Firefighters responded to a structure fire near Creston on Thursday afternoon.
It was reported at about 4:45 p.m. in the 7400 block of O'Donovan Road.
CAL FIRE SLO reports a single-family home sustained extensive damage.
The fire was knocked down by 5:30, but firefighters were expected to remain on scene for a couple of hours to continue mop-up operations.
