A fire was discovered in the roof of Wendy’s restaurant in Paso Robles Tuesday morning.
Paso Robles Fire and Emergency Services says crews were called to the restaurant on the 100 block of Niblock Road for reports of smoke at around 6:15 a.m.
Fire officials say the first crews on scene found light smoke coming from inside building and flames in the roof of the building.
Crews from CAL FIRE SLO and Atascadero Fire were among 18 firefighters assigned to the incident.
The cause is under investigation.
Calls to Wendy’s Tuesday afternoon went unanswered.
