The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Advisory for northwestern Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties Sunday morning.
According to the agency's website, the Flood Advisory remains in effect until 11:30 a.m. Sunday.
The National Weather Service says people can expect flooding in Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Atascadero, Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, Vandenberg Air Force Base and Orcutt.
To err on the side of caution, the agency advises drivers to turn around when encountering flooded roads.
