Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger posted a video Sunday from his hot tub with a warning about the Coronavirus.

While holding a cigar in his hand, Schwarzenegger advised people to heed the advice of health officials and refrain from gathering in large crowds.

"The reason why I'm saying this is because I still see photographs and videos of people sitting at outside cafes all over the world, having a good time and hanging out in crowds," Schwarzenegger said. "That's not wise because that's how you can get the virus. That's how you get it, contact with other people. So stay away from crowds."

To lighten the mood a bit, Schwarzengger ended the video with a quote from his movie Jingle All the Way: "Put the cookie down!"

A national emergency was declared last week and a number of state governments have also imposed state of emergencies since Monday.

The CDC is advising everyone to stay home if you can in order to slow the spread of the highly contagious virus.
