Free sandbags are available for Oceano residents.
San Luis Obispo County Office of Emergency Services said in a tweet Saturday that they have 500 filled sandbags located near the CSD Office.
The CSD office is located behind the Sheriff's substation at the intersection of S 13th and Warner.
