UPDATE 2:30 a.m.: Highway 1 at Willow Rd. in Arroyo Grande is back open after a collision involving a motorcycle and a vehicle.
CHP says the road reopened at about 11 p.m. Thursday.
According to Cal Fire SLO, two people were taken to the hospital following the crash at about 8 p.m. Thursday.
In a tweet, fire officials say a pursuit ended with the motorcycle and vehicle colliding, causing the vehicle to roll several times and catch fire.

The incident actually began earlier in the evening, according to the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office when deputies responded to a report of a domestic violence at a home in rural Arroyo Grande.
When deputies arrived at the home, the male suspect had taken off. He was spotted later driving near the victim's home and deputies tried to stop him. At that point, authorities say the suspect sped off and a pursuit began.
While being chased by deputies, the suspect crashed into a motorcyclist. The rider suffered moderate to serious injuries but is expected to survive, according to the sheriff's office.
Officials say moments later, the suspect crashed and rolled his vehicle. He has minor injuries from the crash.
Both were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The suspect's identity has not been released but law enforcement officials say they are investigating him for felony domestic violence and felony crimes for the pursuit and collision. CHP is assisting with the investigation.
