Both direction of Highway 41 are back open after a semi-truck fire this morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a truck carrying hay caught fire at about 9:45 a.m. on Highway 41 near York Avenue in Kings County.
First responders shut down the roadway at Highway 48 as emergency crews worked the scene.
