A hiker was safe after sliding off a trail in Pismo Beach south of Dinosaur Caves Park Wednesday.
CAL FIRE SLO along with Pismo Beach police responded to reports of a hiker off the side of a cliff along the the 100 block of Cliff Avenue just before 3 p.m.
About an hour later, officials said said the hiker had made it to safety after sliding off part of the trail.
Additional information regarding the incident was not immediately available.
