Lifepoint Church in Arroyo Grande hosted the inaugural Maize Madness Cornhole Tournament on Saturday afternoon in support of the Arroyo Grande High School boys basketball and wrestling teams.
Around 45 pairs participated in the event, including KSBY sports director Chance Dickman and his wife. The duo finished 4-0 in pool play.
The tournament ran from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. and raised over $3,000. The organizers say it was a huge success and hope to do it again next year.
