The case against an Atascadero man charged with stabbing another man to death in Shandon earlier this year is moving forward.
A San Luis Obispo County Superior Court judge on Wednesday upheld the murder charge against Kejuan Guy Bynum for the death of Cristopher Vento Wilson, 23, who was killed on Escondido Way in early June.
If convicted, the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's Office says Bynum could face life in state prison.
He has pleaded not guilty but will be back before a judge again at his superior court arraignment.
