A Santa Maria home décor store is closing its doors this summer.
Kirkland's opened in the Enos Ranch shopping center off Betteravia Road in February 2018.
The company tells KSBY the closure is due to a leasing disagreement.
A 30 percent off sale is underway at the store, which is set to close by the end of July.
There are no other Kirkland's locations on the Central Coast.
