Crowds gathered in downtown San Luis Obispo for Concerts in the Plaza, and KSBY's own Colleen Rhatigan opened for Friday night's big show.
Colleen is a sales assistant at the station. This marks her second year performing in the summer concert series.
She opened tonight for Manuel the Band.
Concerts in the Plaza will be held every Friday through Sept. 4 at Mission Plaza.
