Local artists show work at Los Osos Indie Fair

The 2nd Annual Indie Artists Fair kicked off in Los Osos Sunday at Ascendo Cafe.

The fair was started last year by an Ascendo employee who wanted to give a free space to artists wanting to share their work. He wanted them to be able to display their art without paying the fees to participate in a larger makers-market.

7 artists were featured at the fair including:

Jade Coast Jewelry
Giselle No. 5 Ceramics
Dapple & Spice
Ashra Artistry
Glass by Kelly
Kehoe Iron & Bronze

The fair featured live music by Edward Ralston, Skye Hull, Molly McCabe and Ivan Ditscheiner.

Event organizers plan to continue the Indie Artists Fair next year.
