Local Eagle Scout upgrades dog park and pays tribute to grandfather who served in the Marines

A Paso Robles Eagle Scout is giving back to his community by improving the Sherwood Dog Park.

On Sunday, Albert Yunger helped build a standing table for people to keep their things out of reach from the dogs.

He also repainted one of the wine barrel airplanes in honor of his grandfather who was a marine.

"On October 2nd, we're going to have the marine recruiter come out and were going to do a little ceremony and we're going to put a plaque on it that says 'In memory of Richard Lee Yunger and all marines, thank you for our freedom,'" said Albert Yunger, Eagle Scout Troop 60.
