Local firefighters are filling up their boots with money and it's all for a good cause.
CAL FIRE SLO, the Paso Robles, Atascadero, Cambria and Templeton fire departments are partnering up to raise money for the Muscular Dystropy Association with north SLO County's "Fill the Boot" campaign.
On Saturday, fire crews will be posted up in neighborhoods encouraging community members to donate to the cause.

Donations help fund research and life-enhancing programs like Care Centers.
Money raised will also help pay for a local kid to travel to the MDA Summer Camp for free.
