Santa Barbara local Will Breman who is competing on NBC's The Voice spoke out about the Cave Fire.

This comes after Monday night's live show where he sung "Light My Fire."

Before Tuesday's live elimination show, an NBC reporter asked Breman if he heard about the fire burning in Santa Barbara.

"Unfortunately I heard the coverage caused a lot of The Voice to get shutoff," says Breman, "So for everyone in Santa Barbara I saw that, you know, a neighbor showed me photos from where it is from my house and it's kind of scary close..so I'm thinking about it for my own sake, and everyone in Santa Barbara i'm thinking about you. I promise I didn't do light my fire as a sick joke, I hope to be home soon to help my community."

Will Breman took the stage again Tuesday night, this time performing with his coach John Legend and two other competitors.

America voted for the performers to move into the next round, and Will Breman made it into the Top 10.
