Paso Robles Lowe's provided the Paso Robles Youth Arts Foundation with a huge makeover.

The donation from Lowe's provided upgrades to the youth center in part of their "Hands on Hearts In" Giving Program.

There were 15 volunteers who worked on creating new classrooms by installing dance mirrors, painting the walls, installing cabinets, blinds and stage runners.

"It's awesome. Any little thing anyone in our community ever gives back is always appreciated. Even the kids yesterday saw the art room was painted and they noticed it. They said, 'Wow, who did this?' They feel it. They feel how much this place means to them." Explains Amanda Gonzalez, PRYAF Ballet and Jazz Instructor and Lowe's Inside/ Outside Lawn and Garden Supervisor.

Those who work at the studio say the much-needed upgrades will continue to help keep their facility beautiful and nice for the students.
