The City of Lompoc is making it easier the community to learn about the upcoming sales tax measure.
City leaders want to ensure the community has access to thorough and accurate information on the Lompoc sales tax measure appearing on the upcoming ballot.
The City of Lompoc has created a sales tax information webpage and a pamphlet, and will be making other resources available.
This comes after the Lompoc City Council voted unanimously to place Measure I2020 on the March 3, 2020 Presidential Primary Ballot.
Measure I2020 would provide a measured and stable revenue source to fund essential city services, maintain public safety, and help the city maintain its financial viability.
