Eleven people were arrested during a gang sweep in Lompoc.
The Lompoc Police Departments says it conducted approximately 60 probation compliance checks throughout the Lompoc area with the assistance of the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office, State Parole, Santa Barbara County Probation, and Santa Barbara Police Department.
Those arrested face various charges including possession of a concealed firearm, possession for sale of narcotics, felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, vehicle theft, and outstanding warrants.
Police say officers found two illegal firearms, approximately one pound of methamphetamine, and a large amount of cocaine during the sweep.
