The Lompoc Police Department has announced the arrest and booking of Emmanuel Hernandez, 18, for numerous gang and firearm related charges on Monday.
Hernandez is a documented gang member and was contacted on the 300 block of W. Maple Avenue at approximately 3:53 p.m, according to police, who say he was in possession of a loaded firearm.
Hernandez has also reportedly been served with the City of Lompoc Gang Injunction.
