The Lompoc Police Department teamed up with the Old Town Market for its annual Car Cruise and Public Safety Night on Friday.
The event brought community members together to check out classic cars, meet local officers, and learn more about public safety programs in the city.
Visitors explored public safety displays, met cadets and officers, and picked up giveaways during the family-friendly event.
The evening also served as a fundraiser for the Lompoc Police Department Public Safety Cadet Program. Proceeds from the car cruise will help provide training, equipment, and leadership opportunities for local youth interested in careers in law enforcement and public safety.
