Lompoc's Dollar Tree was forced to close Friday after a vehicle crashed into the front of the building.
Crews were outside the store, located on the 1000 block of H Street, around 2:30 p.m. checking out the damage.
Lompoc police say officers tried to pull over a driver and she took off and crashed a short-time later. Officers took her into custody.
Dollar Tree employees said they were waiting to hear on whether the building was safe before they re-open.
They add that no one was injured.
