A man was airlifted to the hospital after falling off a ladder in the Santa Maria area Thursday.
First responders were called to the scene on the 3500 block of Black Road just after 2 p.m.
The Santa Barbara County Fire Department says the 52-year-old man fell off a 30-foot ladder and sustained injuries described as significant.
No other information was released. The investigation is ongoing.
