Man robs San Luis Obispo business at gunpoint, police say

Police are looking for a man they say robbed a San Luis Obispo business Monday afternoon.

San Luis Obispo police officers responded to reports of the robbery at Metro PCS on the 2100 Block of Broad St. at about 1:35 p.m.

An employee to police a man armed with a gun came into the store and demanded money.

The employee reportedly handed over an undisclosed amount of money and the man took off and was last seen running southbound across South Street, according to police, who say no vehicle associated with the robber was ever seen.
