CHP and Caltrans temporarily closed roads in Montecito due to a water main break in the area of Highway 192 and Ortega Ridge Road.
Montecito Water also responded.
Both the west and east side of E. Valley Road are closed due to the flooding.
The roads could reopen by 6 a.m. Friday morning.
