Wondering about the latest construction at the Enos Ranch development in Santa Maria?
The sprawling site off Highway 101 at Betteravia Rd. is already home to a multitude of shops and restaurants. It'll also soon be the site of a large auto mall.
Construction underway right now includes work on a new Toyota dealership. Honda and Chevrolet also have plans to move into new digs at Enos Ranch.
"We're really excited... It's a great location. Like I said, state of the art facility with everything new," said Pat Cusack, Toyota dealership partner.
Toyota expects to be open in the fall of 2020.
Also currently under construction is a 300-unit apartment complex called Easton Plaza. It will be located across the street from the new elementary school.
