The Morro Bay Police Department detained Franks at her vacation home until Tulare County Sheriff's Office Detectives arrived in Morro Bay and arrested Franks.

She is charged with embezzlement, grand theft and identity theft. She was transported to Tulare County and booked into an Adult Pre-Trial Facility.

Her bail is set at $75,000.
