A new restaurant in Solvang is bracing the pandemic and planning to open.
The restaurant aims to showcase some of the best food and drinks the Central Coast has to offer.
Coast Range will operate as a steakhouse and seafood restaurant.
During the day the restaurant will offer a daytime cafe and pastry program downtown, in the evenings there will be a full cocktail bar and wine program.
"The dream team has come together really, it's been something for a long time that we've all kinda wanted to do so this dream its been talked about for five or six years," said Steven Fretz, Coast Range restaurant co-owner and executive chef.
Coast Range plans on opening the bar in mid-February, and a food menu will be available for outdoor dining.
The other parts of the restaurant, including the steakhouse and cafe, will open in the Spring.
