New businesses are opening their stores for the first time at the Santa Maria Mall.
Kevin Jewelers opened on Tuesday and Cowboy Cookie held their grand opening on Friday.
This is Cowboy Cookie's third location in addition to stores in Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo.
Kevin Jewelers takes up the location previously occupied by Kay Jewelers.
