UPDATE (Tuesday, April 21) - The California Highway Patrol has identified the woman who was killed in the crash as Gabrielle Hinojosa, 27, of Bakersfield.
Her family has reportedly created a gofundme account to raise funds toward funeral expenses.

(Wednesday, April 15) - One person is dead and a toddler is in the hospital after a crash on Highway 166 Tuesday evening.
According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the single-car crash happened around 6:45 p.m. near Rinconada Ranch.
A woman was pronounced dead on the scene, while a three-year-old was transported to Marian Regional Medical Center.
The condition of the child is still unknown. We will share updates as they become available.
