One person is dead and toddler is in the hospital after a crash on Highway 166 Tuesday evening.
According to Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the single-car crash happened around 6:45 near Rinconada Ranch.
A woman was pronounced dead on the scene, while a three-year-old was transported to Marian Regional Medical Center.
