A vehicle overturned on southbound Highway 101 just south of the Higuera Street offramp Friday morning.
It was reported at 11:12 a.m.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the vehicle overturned several times and landed on the righthand shoulder of the highway.
Southbound traffic was slow through San Luis Obispo as emergency crews responded to the scene.
