The Paso Market Walk has announced it will be adding a new restaurant to its line-up.
FINCA will be a Mexican restaurant that will focus on traditional and regionally-inspired dishes. The restaurant is expected to serve mesquite-grilled tacos, cold beers and wine outside on a fire-lit patio or inside an hacienda-styled farmhouse. The eatery will also have a pick-up window for those in a hurry.
Owners Patrick and Stephanie Aguirre also own La Taquiza, a Napa-based Mexican restaurant.
Previously announced merchants for the Paso Market Walk include Hog Canyon Brewing, Joebella Coffee, Just Baked Cake Studio & Bakery, The Vreamery, Momotaro Ramen, Paso Wine Merchant, and Leo Leo Gelato.
The market walk in Paso Robles is set to open Feb. 2020. It will be located at 1803 Spring St. For more information, you can visit
