The Paso Robles City Council recently adopted the Niblick Road Corridor Plan to help build a pedestrian and bike friendly path for residents and visitors.
The project includes a two-way raised multi-use path on the north side of Niblick Road with a three-foot separator and enhanced roadway striping.
If the necessary grants are not approved for the project, a lower cost option will be pursued.
