The Paso Robles City Council will vote on whether or not to move forward on a 170-acre project near Templeton.

The Gateway Project is proposed on a hillside property at the crossroads of Highway 46 West and Highway 101.

If approved, the development would bring two hotels, three commercial centers, 17 workforce apartments, and 80-single attached residential resort units. According to the city council agenda report, the project would require the South Vine Street and SR 46 West intersection to be reconfigured.

The meeting will be held via teleconference. The meeting starts at 5 p.m. Tuesday. For those who wish to leave a public comment, calls can be made to 805-865-7276, or emails can be before 12 p.m. Tuesday to cityclerk@prcity.com.
