Paso Robles is working to keep its local restaurants in business by adding outdoor dining options.

Street Side Ale House has stayed open through the pandemic, adapting to new safety measures and enforcing necessary regulations.

Now that the City is allowing businesses to set up parklets for outdoor dining, Street Side is making some more changes.

"It's always a challenge trying to adapt and adjust on the fly, but we've done our best to keep adapting and keep working within the regulations and rules to stay open and keep our staff employed and the restaurant going," said Trevor Lasalle, Street Side Ale House co-owner.

He says he is thankful to the City for working so quickly to get the parklets up and running.
