A Paso Robles man was arraigned this week on child pornography charges.
The Department of Justice says Stephen Mullen, 38, was arrested Wednesday and later pleaded not guilty in federal court to the three charges against him.
The indictment alleges Mullen was knowingly in possession of or distributed child pornography on three separate occasions in San Luis Obispo County in late 2018.
He has reportedly been released on $20,000 bond.
The case is set to go to trial Jan. 28 of next year.
