Paso Robles police have identified the person killed in a crash Monday on Highway 46 in Paso Robles as James Ginty of Coronado.
The two-vehicle crash happened at about 9:20 a.m. at Highway 46 East and Buena Vista Road.
Few details are being released at this time, but Ginty, 83, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Drugs or alcohol are not considered to be factors in the crash at this time.
