Property that’s home to a longtime restaurant in Buellton is up for sale.
Pea Soup Andersen’s sits at 376 Avenue of the Flags.
The listing on the Radius Commercial Real Estate site shows the price tag at $4.7 million for the 3.36-acre lot, which sits on two parcels.
Pea Soup Andersen’s has been serving customers for nearly 90 years and serves more than 2 million bowls of pea soup every year, according to its website.
"The current approx. 35,000 SF building has hosted Pea Soup Andersen’s restaurant, shops and various banquet rooms for many years and is prime for redevelopment," according to the online listing. "The location and size of this parcel makes it one of the largest and most prominent development opportunities within Buellton’s Avenue of Flags Specific Plan."
