At least one person was trapped following a crash in Santa Maria Friday afternoon.
As of 3:15 p.m., crews remained on scene at Battles Road and College Drive working to get the person out of a vehicle on its side in the intersection.

A total of three vehicles were involved.
No word yet on the cause or the extent of any injuries.
