Santa Barbara Police are investigating an assault and robbery that was reported Wednesday night.
Police say a female jogger was attacked at approximately 9:30 p.m. in the 3800 block of Calle Real.
The woman was reportedly able to fight off the attacker, but he got away with several of her personal items.
Police say the attacker was male but had his identity concealed and there is no other description at this time.
Detectives are attempting to obtain video in the area that may help with their investigation.
