A death in Santa Barbara is now being investigated as a homicide, according to police.
Santa Barbara police say they responded to a call around 9:11 a.m. Wednesday reporting a "person down." Once on scene, they determined the person was dead.
Police are releasing very little information at this time, including information on the victim and where they were found, but say a suspect is in custody
