UPDATE (9:45 a.m.) - Power has been restored for all customers in the Vandenberg Village area, according to PG&E.
The company reports that an equipment issue triggered the outage for nearly 3,300 customers served by an Enhanced Powerline Safety Setting-enabled circuit on Monday evening.
The issue originated in the area of D Street and E. Central Avenue in Lompoc, according to PG&E
Buena Vista Elementary, Maple High and Cabrillo High schools are all in session and operating normally.

UPDATE (9:20 a.m.) - PG&E has revised the estimated power restoration time to 11 a.m. for the 3,110 customers without power.
The company also reported another outage Tuesday morning just north of Lompoc. 151 customers are reportedly affected, and there is no estimated time of restoration.

According to Pacific Gas & Electric's outage website, roughly 3,200 customers are affected.
A text message from the utility company said the estimated restoration time is 4 a.m.
The outage began just before 9 p.m. It's unclear at this time what led to the outage.
