Southern California Edison crews are working to restore power to more than 4,300 customers Tuesday morning.
An outage was reported on in the West Mesa at about 4 a.m. Tuesday, leaving some 2,400 SCE customers in the dark.
Shortly thereafter, another outage was reported in the city. The second outage is impacting over 1,900 customers in the Lower State area.
Southern California Edison says most customers should have power restored by noon Tuesday.
A cause for the outages has not been released.
