There will be no Downtown San Luis Obispo Farmers’ Market this week.
Market organizers say due to forecasted thunderstorms and lightning, they’re canceling this week’s market for the safety of everyone involved.
The market takes place on Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. along several blocks of Higuera Street.
Vendors scheduled for the Sept. 18 market will receive credits or refunds.
The Downtown San Luis Obispo Farmers' Market is expected to resume next Thursday.
