The Regal Cinemas in Arroyo Grande is one of the first businesses in the county to open under the new covid-19 tier.
Theater staff are welcoming back the first moviegoers Tuesday evening.
The theater plans to open under strict guidelines, limiting theaters to 25 percent capacity and only showing a handful of movies including 'Tenet' and 'New Mutants.'
