ORIGINAL STORY:The California Highway Patrol Santa Barbara Office is currently on scene of a "minor" rock slide eastbound on State Road 154.
Boulders in the roadway have caused the eastbound lane "west of the power lines" to close and officers say traffic is alternating through the westbound lane.
Officers are anticipating heavy traffic delays and are asking drivers to avoid the taking the route until the lane is clear.
CalTrans is reportedly on the way to remove the boulders.
